I’ve got six weeks now until the Livestrong Marathon in Austin (February 17) and after the past two weeks, am feeling pretty good about my training. Last week I focused mostly on making a return to a full running schedule (time off for tight adductors) and this week started to add some variety to my runs in speed and incline intervals, as well as some strength training. This coming week I’m hoping with a return to regular old life, to get back to my foam roller and core classes.
