Motivation Monday


I personally love that we fell back an hour over the weekend.  I like to do my workouts in the morning and it is so much easier to climb out of bed when it’s at least a little bit bright outside.  My long run yesterday had me scheduled to rest today but I still wanted to get up to see the sunrise.

I took a cup of tea and climbed the stairs at Mt. Bonnell, plopped down on a picnic table and watched tomorrow arrive.

I’m sorry for those of you who like to workout in the evenings – it’s not cool at all that nighttime happens before 6pm now.  But, maybe that’ll motivate you to get up with the sun!
