Today started out very busy! My first session was at 5:30 and I went straight through until 8:30, seeing six different clients! I love that my schedule is so full and fluid (sometimes I might wish a little that the fullness started just a few hours later!)
Anyway, I’ll give nothing to those of you who guess correctly what I did when I left the gym around 9:15. Laundry? Nope, took care of that yesterday. Read? Nope, am having trouble finding a new book to hook me. Watched TV? Nope, don’t have one of those!! Nap? Absolutely. I went straight to the bed (after a snack of grapefruit and cottage cheese!).
And today, I am so thankful for naps. Naps of all kinds – cat naps, quick after work naps, quick post run naps, rainy naps, simul-naps (for you Aud) and hours long naps that resemble half a night’s sleep when you partied just a little too hard the night before! Dont take these little slumbers for granted!
