Motivation Monday

“Racing teaches us to challenge ourselves. It teaches us to push beyond where we thought we could go. It helps us to find out what we are made of. This is what we do. This is what it’s all about.”
-PattiSue Plumer, U.S. Olympian

I was reminded after the Lisa Lassandrello 5k this past weekend just how rewarding races can be.  There are lots of reasons to run a race – the community, the free food, the chance for a PR, the free t-shirt.  So if you’re needing a little motivation to hit the road – sign up for one of these upcoming races!
