Other Notes: Met up with Linda, Tish and Becca for the run this morning – and absolutely enjoyed the stress-free run with great company. I was really tired later in the day after the run so may scale back the mileage tomorrow but will still get the run in! It looks like Memphis is about to get a dose of late winter, so that will be an interesting twist to this challenge!
