I decided last night that after a day of restful running I would be up for a more challenging workout – TREADMILL INTERVALS.

Location: Treadmill at Inside Out Gym

Distance: 4 miles (3 miles running)
Time: 40 minutes
Other notes: I started with a 6.0 pace and increased by .5 mph each lap for the first four laps. Then I alternated one lap (400m) running with half a lap (200m) walking. My running laps looked like this:
