Week 14: St. Jude Half Marathon

Less than 100 days until the big event!  Cooler temperatures and shorter days will be here before we know it.  Here’s the running schedule this week:

  • One 3 miler (piece o’ cake!)
  • Two 4 milers (used to be hard!)
  • One 6 miler (for some of you, the farthest you’ve ever run!!)
Stick with it, consistency is key!
