Let’s Make a Deal

Standard

I have a proposal for you readers….

Well most of you by now know that my favorite race is quickly approaching (170 days to be exact) – the St. Jude Memphis Marathon and Half Marathon.  I’ve completed the Marathon twice and after it sufficiently whipped me last year, I’m going to return the favor and whip the Half Marathon this year.  Like the past two times I’ve run, I’ll be participating as a St. Jude Hero and would like to enlist your help in the fundraising process.  I know that money is tight for everyone right now and that’s why I wanted to offer up a little sumpin’ sumpin’ (yep, Southern love right there) in return for a minimum $5.00 donation.  For  every donation of $5.00 or more made to my St. Jude efforts, I will let YOU choose the blog post topic for the day (can be anything – doesn’t even have to be related to running!)  For every donation of $20.00 or more I will post a workout from my creative personal trainer brain on the blog!  St. Jude gets money, you get a blog post or workout – what a deal!

Here’s how to donate: CLICK HERE!  and then type my first name (Jessica) into the proper box, and last name (Sprenkel) into the other proper box.  The rest is pretty simple but just in case….click Find Participant.  Then in the lower left you’ll see me! – click it.  That will take you to my fundraising page where you’ll see my goal of $2,500 and that I’ve already donated to my cause.  Hey, I’m a team player!  Click DONATE NOW in the upper right and go from there!  I thank you in advance for your generous donation and will be working on some kick ass workouts to post on here for all you recently inspired gym rats :)
